A one-year-old baby was shot and killed by an armed man in a barbershop in the southern area of Rosario city. The crime occurred at a business on Melincué street at 6100, in the Roque Sáenz Peña neighborhood, where the suspect, a 25-year-old young man, was detained by a gendarme until the police arrived, according to local media reports. Under circumstances that are under investigation, the shooting is said to have developed as a result of an argument between two people, one of the protagonists left and returned with two accomplices. A motorcyclist, identified as Marco Antonio Kevin P., who got off his vehicle, opened fire on the place and shot the minor, at the same time he was arrested by personnel from the Radioelectric Command. The baby was taken as an emergency to a zonal hospital, where doctors confirmed his death, and a 32 caliber weapon was seized at the crime scene.
